Mama Circles

The mother is the heart of the home. She creates the rhythm for the rest of the family. If she is in flow, the whole house moves sweetly along with her. When she is stuck, not embodied, "feeling off", the family notices - the home feels disconnected. Let other mothers guide you back into yourself simply by showing up.

An ongoing monthly gathering for moms to join in circle with other moms.

Each circle includes some type of guided yoga and intentional movement with nurturing massage, breathing and grounding, somatic practices to become more embodied and present with yourself, and time for sharing in circle with the focus on mothering. Themes of the circle change each month to connect us in with the changing cycle and seasons of the earth. Tea always provided, bring your favorite mug.

Expect to leave with a sense of embodiment and a connection with others.

This circle is just for mothers. Infants in arms are welcome to accompany you.

Your host and guide is Abigail Earl. She is a mother of three, a yoga instructor, massage therapist and reiki practitioner. She has a passion for supporting mothers and desires to create a space where each woman can feel held and and acknowledged in her great work of raising humans with a more regulated nervous system and sense of community.

October Circle - Roots and Remembrance 10/20/26

This is a special circle, it is the first collaboration with One Village WNC in West Asheville. We are excited to partner together to bring something really special to the mamas of our community.

The evening begins with outdoor yoga and gentle somatic exercises. We will then enjoy time to write, reflect and honor what we may want to burn away in the fire. The evening ends with a fire circle, local herbal tea blends, and the opportunity to share and connect around our experiences as mothers.

The days leading up to Halloween, and Samhain, are a powerful time for reflection and inner listening - something often in short supply for busy moms! As the veil thins, we invite you to join us for an evening devoted to helping you reconnect to yourself and to other mamas.

We will have childcare available for an additional fee - please reach out via email for more information.

Investment is $20 per circle. Register below to hold your spot.

Picnic Playdates

Picnic Playdates are monthly meet ups for all Mamas and their children! We meet at rotating parks (or homes or libraries if its cold) in and around Asheville. The children play, climb trees, do crafts, get dirty, and eat all the snacks while the mamas get to connect with each other, pass the babies around, and share in some informal community while getting out of the house.

Bring a picnic lunch for your family, and a snack to share (only if that feels accessible (let it be easy to show up!)

All meet ups are from 10:30-1:30, come for the whole time, or drop in part way through and leave early. Whatever works for you that day!

To stay connected and up to date about the playdates, subscribe to our email list.
